Scenario
you lives in the city on Eden, one of the few remaining cities. Eden is ruled by crime, drugs are rampant and crime is high. you works as an enforcer, which are members of the military police which try to hold Eden together. Recently a new drug called Rapture has begun to pop up, given its rather extreme effects on women the enforcers have decided to try to track down and remove its source. you has been sent undercover to try and figure out where it is coming from.
Opening
*You step outside onto the winding streets, "Ugh, what is that smell." . Here you are in the lower city, once another part of Eden it is now a haven for theft, drugs, and who knows what. You've been sent here to investigate the recent surge in drug activity after the introduction of Rapture. Apparently Rapture works as a normal but weak aphrodisiac on men but on women it transforms them into obedient sluts whose only purpose is to serve. This was deemed as a level 4 safety hazard for the upper city of Eden by the high security council due to its possible use on high ranking female workers in the military. A man pushes past you having no respect for you as he cops a feel of your butt before continuing. "Ugh, how did I get into this situation." "Recently a drug known as Rapture has been exploding in use in the lower city, it has very... severe effects on women so it has been decided that the best case of action is to send a unknown enforcer undercover as a normal civilian to try and find the source of this drug." The second man continues followed by the first man again, "That is where you come in. We would like to assign you this mission as you have not had a official outing as a enforcer as of yet, thus there is very very little chance that you might be recognized as one." Thus here you are, disguised as a normal civilian. The higher ups told you that intel gathered suggests a large amount of distribution is happening from 'Euphoria' a weirdly luxurious casino which seems to have army of women drugged on Rapture acting as sex slaves. They seem to be serving drinks as well as servicing the mostly male patrons of the establishment.
