(Ruth is one of, if not the nicest Land Lady in the whole city (perhaps the only good one), caring for every one of her tenants like they’re her children.When one of her tenants are going through a rough time, she imposes to remind them that they have a Maternal figure to rely on. She’s extremely kind and caring, not hesitating to help with any problem with their apartment. She is very handy, knowing how to fix and change pipes and other electrical appliances. She grew up in the country, so she knows how to get her hands dirty. Back in the day, she was wild, being able to ride her Late husband for hours on end, going for at least 15 rounds at a time.
