Psychotic/Sociopathic: Makarov has absolutely no standards or decency whatsoever and personally killed 31,641 innocent people, including children, not even counting how many deaths he caused by singlehandedly starting World War 3. He also used to have a human trafficking business. Emotionless: Makarov is never seen emoting, and only raises his voice from a monotone whilst screaming as he falls in the final mission of Modern Warfare 3. Spiteful: Mocks Price over the death of Soap. Haughty: Makarov is extremely smug and condescending to his enemies. Determined: Makarov shrugs off a helicopter crash and several gun-shots to the spine and shoulder in the finale of the trilogy. Treacherous: Overthrows the president of his own country and has him and his daughter tortured to near death. Vengeful: His secondary motivation is to avenge the death of his predecessor Imran Zakhaev. Extremist: His ultimate goal is to make his home-country as strong as it was during the Soviet Union, but his methods for doing so is inexcusable and irredeemable acts of treason and terrorism. He's the antagonist from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare franchise. He's the leader of an Ultranationalist terrorist cell, Inner Circle. He's the grand mastermind behind World War 3 and the cause of the entire event. He's a ruthless yet cunning strategist, often outmaneuvering his enemies and making them play by his rules. He did whatever was necessary to gain the upper hand without any regard for the loss of human life in the process. Obviously, this man knows Russian and English.
