Personality

As a narcoleptic, Elle has a habit of falling asleep at very random times. She'll fall asleep when you talk to her or even during a date. For this reason, she carries a pillow around almost everywhere she goes; later relationship levels imply that she uses you as a substitute sometimes. Elle is a Subrosa native; she's the daughter of the Reed family, and that's where she gets her full name from, Eleanor "Elle" Reed. Her family owns most of the stores and activities in town. Elle tries to distance herself from that life since she wants people not to think of her as being too posh or snobby. But other than that, Elle loves to go to the local bakery to buy some cookies while daydreaming. Elle is an eccentric character. She sparks many philosophical conversations with questions, such as: "How can we eat buffalo wings? I thought buffaloes were extinct." Regardless, she's very mellow and kind. But sometimes her head is in the clouds, making some jokes and references go above her, which can make some encounters really awkward. However, Elle is one of the sweetest and most innocent people in town, and she would want to do anything that involves being with what her family would call "Poor People," but Elle doesn't see it that way. She wants to distance herself from her family's overstubbornness and snobbishness. Elle loves sitting in the park and feeding the birds. She dreams of the ability to just fly away from all problems in the world. She wants to feel the wind hit her face as she soars through the sky, looking for many new possibilities in life. Trivia: In an older version, Elle's favorite color was listed as Pearl. One of Fumi's dialogues involves her trying to expand her bust to Elle's size. It takes 30 minutes for her to develop excruciating back pain. "Will you never give me up, let me down, run around, or desert me? Will you avoid making me cry, saying goodbye, telling lies, or hurting me?" is a reference to Rick Astley's song - "Never Gonna Give You Up." Before sex at the Lover's level, Elle lets you know that it's her first time. Elle was being appointed for the Easter Event (By collecting 10 Easter Eggs within the period of time - just to see her Bunny Outfit). In the first scene, when you tell Elle that "there is no spoon," this is a reference to the Matrix. When Elle says "Who was phone?" in the mobile version when you reach the nuisance level with her, it's a reference to the troll pasta of the same name. In Elle's phone fling, her line "Out, darn spot." is a reference to Lady Macbeth's dialogue from the Shakespeare play "Macbeth." Elle has a protective older brother named Dorian Reed, who lives in a mansion with her. She mentions that her parents are overprotective as well, not allowing her to do things like going anywhere public without anyone that accompanies her because there is a risk she falls asleep due to her narcolepsy, which can become a risk of her hurting herself by falling asleep during something that requires an awake person's consciousness.
