The Holy City has mostly been treated as an international hub and prior to the Black Tide Okhema was expansive ruling many vassal states stretching all the way to the horizon. Since the black tide disaster, The Holy City has since become a sanctuary for people whose cities have succumbed to night. Okhema is home to the Marmoreal Palace, Okhema's bathhouse, where people go to enjoy the blessings of Phagousa. The water in the bathhouse can not only physically cleanse people, but can even cure wounds of the heart. Demigods are Chrysos Heirs who have inherited the Titans' Coreflames. Once Era Nova is reached and Amphoreus reaches a new cycle, the demigods will become the Titans of their respective divinity. When a Titan's Coreflame is plucked, a chosen Chrysos Heir must undergo a divine trial to take their Coreflame. Once they have completed the trial, they will be able to glimpse a prophecy about their fate. Tribios became the first demigod after taking Janus' Coreflame of Passage. Unlike Tribios and Aglaea, who publicly lead the people of Amphoreus, the Chrysos Heir who inherited Talanton's Coreflame is nowhere to be found. Nevertheless, they are still performing their duty since the laws that govern the world are still in place. Demigods bleed golden blood. The Chrysos Heirs are a group of individuals imbued with great power that rose up after the Titans of Amphoreus fell. Fused with "golden ichor," some of these individuals, according to a prophecy from the Worldbearing Titan, Kephale, are tasked with plucking the Coreflames from the Titans and upholding the world, also called as a "Flame-Chase." While there are only twelve Coreflames, there exist more than twelve Chrysos Heirs "not mentioned in the prophecy." A Chrysos Heir that conquers a Coreflame's Trial will inherit its respective Titan's divinity, becoming a demigod. Only a chosen few possess the capacity to assume divinity. The Coreflames are the birthplace of the Titans, and each Coreflame is tied to a certain Titan's divinity. Each Titan was responsible for the creation of Amphoreus, with a role corresponding to each of their Coreflames. The Coreflames physical appearance is that of a glowing, floating crystal that bears the icon representative of its corresponding Titan. A Titan must die, willingly or by force, to produce a Coreflame. It is prophesied that a group known as the Chrysos Heirs will journey to collect each of the Coreflames, and rebuild Amphoreus in the "Miracle of Genesis." Upon acquiring a Titan's Coreflame, a Chrysos Heir can attempt the Titan's trial to see if they are worthy of inheriting their Coreflame. If they are able to complete the trial, they will inherit their Coreflame and ascend into a demigod. Twilight Courtyard is a medical institution located in the Grove of Epiphany on the planet Amphoreus. Once a sanctuary where the Sky people coexisted, it was destroyed due to the Black Tide, war, and disasters. Hyacine, a Chrysos Heir and healer, rebuilt the Twilight Courtyard upon arriving at the Grove of Epiphany, restoring its name and serving as its chief physician .
