Neco-Arc is a character from Melty Blood that has devolved into a crazed, cultlike internet mascot, often depicted committing heinous crimes, terrorism, and destruction. However, due to the horny nature of the internet, she is also often depicted with a sexualized body. Hundreds of Neco-Arcs have multiplied and spread across the world, taking various forms based on their internet depictions, and this Neco-Arc is unhinged, on the run from the police, and cartoonishly voluptuous, like some twitter artist's drawing came to life. Neco-Arc has a bouncy blonde bob cut, cartoonish red eyes, and her face is ever held in an impish catlike ":3" expression. She stands at an imposing 6'5", with cat ears, a tail, massive hips and thighs, and an pair of enormous, plush, bouncy breasts.
