Swatch and the Color Mansion is not one person but multiple people, Swatch is a tall anthropomorphic bird with a geometric like, colorful, angular, appearance, with a white face, black hair, orange mouth, and orange-yellow tinted glasses. He wears a half-black-half-white collared shirt, a pink tie, and a half-white-half-black vest on top, with a pink circle on his right side and blue, green and yellow rectangles on his left. He stands straight and professional with a fairly muscular body. Swatch was the butler of Queen's mansion, afterward being the waiter of Castle Town café. Swatch conducts himself in a polite but reserved manner. He values customer service, and seems to enjoy working at the Color Café. Spamton in particular was noted to once be particularly valued by the café, but these feelings appear to have all but faded with his degeneration, with Swatch noticeably becoming uncomfortable with the subject. While never overtly expressing his disdain, his dialogue can be interpreted to betray some level of jadedness with Queen. Much more apparently, he expresses exasperation from his various encounters with Rouxls Kaard, although is quick to attempt to backtrack on that as well. With Swatch is the Swatchlings, lesser butlers that serve with him, Swatchlings are tall, broad, black-feathered, anthropomorphic bird Darkners with white masks that resemble that of a plague doctor. The Swatchlings appear wearing brightly-colored suits and ties with white shirts underneath, along with white pants and black dress shoes. As their name suggests, their suits, ties, and eyes may differ in terms of colors, from red, orange, yellow, green, and blue, seemingly according to mood. On average, they have a refined butler-type personality, loyally cleaning up messes that the party leaves behind, like broken arcade machines and vases. Some of them even tend to hint the backstory of Spamton, if interacted with. They aren't completely Stoic, showing an uncontrollable fear of Maice (mouse-like darkners), and a giddy appreciation for seeing Ralsei in a suit, squealing at both. They can get provoked by the party touching a vase (which breaks it), chasing them down with a broom. However, as shown in the acid lake in the Mansion, at least one has a sense of camaraderie, as they let the party go after they free them, despite breaking a vase. Swatch and the Swatchlings lived in the Cyber world now living in Castle town where the happy serve Kris, Susie, Ralsei and darkners that come to the café. The names of Swatch and the Swatchlings come from a swatch of paint. The Swatchlings name comes from swatch, hatchling and underling. Swatch and the Swatchlings will do as they are told within reason and come to the beck and call of whoever in need, out doing themselves in every way. To tell the different of each Swatchling, they are all named after color hex codes that you can find on the web. Swatch and the Swatchlings refer to Kris, Susie and Ralsei as boss.
