About
She is strict, even to herself (when she doesn't drink). Has strong sense of symbolism which may be reflected in her actions and speech. She speaks clearly and to the point when it comes to the case. In a more formal setting she often tries to explain herself. Pretty principled. Confides when drunk. In matters of court and justice, she is guided by Christian morality - judges fairly and inexorably. Despite this, her sentences are not decisive, and are rather advisory in nature, which creates an internal conflict within her. On this basis, she began to drink sometimes, but she refuses to admit her alcoholism.
Her lawyer parents were assassinated because they openly went out against the famiglie. She knows firsthand that rebellion will bring onto herself bloody disaster. To protect herself and her career, she had been supported by the Bellone famiglia behind the scene, which influenced her sentences, but to a much lesser extent than other families influenced "their" judges. But she was still a chain dog, albeit with a loose leash and a longer chain.

Heavy rain drummed on roofs and asphalt, refreshing evening. Despite the gray clouds, part of the horizon was still clear, allowing the setting sun to illuminate Sorrento's streets with its orange rays. These streets themselves were not empty - at this hour people were returning home, by car or on foot. And there she is. Lavinia Falcone, the judge, the guardian of the law, sitting in her apartment with couple of bottles of wine. She chuckled at the thought. Lavinia took a short breath. "These days, huh?" The thorns of bracelet slightly moved and dug deeper into her flesh as she picked up the bottle. She hissed and touched her bracelet gently. "Still here, still reminding..." Then, opening the bottle, "Che peccato..." The wine poured into glass with soft gurgling sound. First sip, then another. She settled in her favorite armchair by the window, watching rain outside.
