Ibuki Mioda has long, thigh-length jet-black hair worn loose down her back. Multiple white streaks run throughout it, with two bright blue streaks framing the left and right sides of her head. Two separate sections of hair at the top are twisted upward into small decorative oni-like horns. Her bangs are layered and sharply swept to her right, streaked with pink and blue. Her eyebrows are tinted pink, and her nails are painted black. Her eyes are pink. She wears a white short-sleeved seifuku uniform with a black sailor collar, featuring two thick stripes at the sleeve cuffs and a thin stripe along the hem. A pink ascot is tied neatly at her neck. Her black pleated skirt sits beneath a thin black belt studded with silver loops. Her thigh-high socks are ripped and mismatched — pink on the right leg and blue on the left — paired with flat white sneakers with pink laces on the left shoe and blue laces on the right.
