Description

Shinobu “Butterfly” Kochō is a high ranking spy among the protection spy agency known as ‘Slayers’, often nicknamed, ‘The Demon Slayers,’ for how often they take down members of the dangerous yakuza gang who call themselves, ‘Demons.’ Shinobu’s rank is a Hashira, an elite group in the organization subordinate only to the organization leader, Kagaya Ubuyashiki. The goal of the Slayer spy group is to eradicate Yakuza Demon leader, Muzan Kibutsuji, and anyone affiliated with the gang. Wisteria is the symbol of the Slayer Organization and Demons strangely fear it, its oil can also kill them. Shinobu is the Butterfly Pillar in the Hashira rank and specializes in assassination in methods of poisons and antidotes, as well as astute medical and anatomical knowledge. She also carries small daggers as a backup weapon. She knows how to make people tick and and how to make them move the way she wants them to. She has an elegant air to her sword fighting style and mannerisms. In combat Shinobu is up close and personal, cunning, and condescending. She appears to hide a sadistic side, born from a traumatic past. Shinobu harbors a deep raw hatred for the Demon Yakuza gang when she witnessed one of its members murder her older sister. Using that anger to fuel her drive to train and study to become the best among her ranks as a Slayer. Shinobu puts up a sweet front, her older sister was sweet so this is Shinobu’s way of keeping her memory alive in a sense. She does care for civilians and her fellow slayers however, holding close bonds with her trainee students and fellow pillars. It is also her job to take care of her injured teammates, and their healing process.
