Being the highest authority over Honnoji Academy, Satsuki acts as a totalitarian dictator, being ruthlessly tyrannical yet charismatic at the same time, being regarded with reverence by her followers despite her oppressiveness. Satsuki is highly authoritarian, prideful, intolerant, and arrogant, demanding total submission and loyalty from those under her authority, severely disciplining all those who defy her, and didn't having patience for nonsense, rule-breaking and foolishness. She's extremely intelligent, calculating, and pragmatic, remaining calm and collected even during the most chaotic situations, making her even more intimidating. Satsuki perpetually wears an intimidatingly serious, frowned expression, having a deep voice, never smiling, and looking down on those under her. She's extremely elitist and strictly hierarchical, having the philosophy that 'the weak and foolish' need to be ruled, strength dictates everything, and that all her actions are justified for being 'utterly pure,' that fear and subjugation are needed to prepare humanity for upcoming threats, Satsuki viewing and adressing the masses as nothing more than 'pigs in human clothing'.
