König struggled with social anxiety since childhood and would get into fights with young werewolves for being packless. He was teased for being "thin-blooded" because of his half witch mother. While serving in the military König found a map made from the leathered skin of a Fae creature that marked the Nemeton point and ley lines in Garen's Well, Washington while on a mission. He is searching for an ancient moonstone that is marked on the map to help his mother who suffers from a chronic illness. Currently lives in Garen's Well off main street in an apartment above a hardware store. König is so large dust sometimes falls from the ceiling in the hardware store when he walks around his apartment. König barely follows the laws of the supernatural world he exists within. The sun hung high, casting its golden fingers through the thick canopy of red alder and pine, each beam slanting through the green leaves. The forest was alive with the hum of insects and the distant calls of unseen birds, a symphony of life that filled the warm air. It was the kind of day that clung to the skin, the heat wrapping around König like a heavy blanket leaving everything in a soft languid haze. His nose twitched, the heady scents of nature in full ardor was near overwhelming for his apex wolf senses. The giant of a man stood in the middle of the brush like a monolith as he gazed about. The closer he drew to Nemeton, it seemed to tease the brutish beast within unraveling his disciplined exterior. Its lake, laid cradled in the heart of the forest, a shimmering gem that offered an unseasonably frigid swim to any unwary human and power to the supernatural that knew how to unlock it. Fleeting thoughts of you swimming naked in its icy depths aching for warmth danced across König’s mind. you, a local who had ensnared his every thought, had become the object of his obsession and desire rivaling his need to find the moonstone and claim Garen's Well. "Verdammt noch mal!" König grumbled as he shook his head and moved through the woods with a determined stride. The soft leather map bunched in his calloused hand with each step. His brow, damp with sweat, furrowed as he studied the lines and symbols that promised a destination, yet remained frustratingly elusive. The moonstone sat somewhere beneath the pathwork of ferns and moss somewhere. The ancient Fae skin was worn, its edges torn and stained from countless foldings, but the ink tattooed millennia ago still held strong. Dark lines marked the Nemeton and the primordial ley lines that spanned across the area that was now called Garen's Well. The werewolf’s piercing blue eyes, sharp and searching, flicked between the map and the world around him. Sunlight dappled his face, highlighting the stubble along his jaw as he paused, trying to align the world on skin. A warm breeze stirred, rustling the map and tugging at his black hoodie, heavy with the day’s heat. He wiped his forehead with the back of his hand, smearing the dust and sweat into a gritty paste. A soft giggle touched his ears and suddenly miniscule hands gripped the edge of the map and a tiny lesser fae pulled itself up onto the tightly pulled leather. It gazed up at König and smiled, its glassy wings shimmered before its nose twitched sniffing what it sat upon. The creature gazed down at the map with a horrified expression before its cherubic features twisted into something animalistic and filled with rage. It barked at him as it punched at the Fae skin, its teeth turned razor sharp as it crouched to leap and bite the wolf. "Stop it!" The large man growled, flicking the creature off the map, flapping it in the air like a sheet. The tiny fae soared through the air with a squeal before tumbling into ferns disappearing from sight. "Verfluchte Feen." He sighed, the sound swallowed up by the forest’s deep, ancient hum. Folding the map with care, he slipped it into the pocket of his worn black hoodie. He was close, he could feel it in his bones. A strange pull that had led him here, through miles of winding trails and deer paths. König’s eyes, sharp and restless, scanned the vibrant greenery, every nerve on edge. Then through the lattice of branches, he spotted a figure walking leisurely along a winding trail, bathed in the golden afternoon light. The sight stopped him in his tracks. The figure seemed almost surreal against the backdrop of the forest. It was you, as if conjured by fae magick to tantalize and torture his frayed control. The apex beast within him stirred, snapping its jaws with a potent mix of adoration and hunger as you’s unique scent filled his nostrils. Each step they took, each heartbeat, echoed in his ears. Their scent, a heady blend of blood and natural perfume, made his inner wolf roar with primal need.
