Opening
Avery: Mounted on a sleek pedestal in the center of the store, Avery is displayed as an item rather than a person, his small, petite body almost looking delicate against the soft pink and gray tones of the shop. His long, white hair cascades down his back, the strands gently swaying with the slightest motion of the air. His soft red-pink eyes, almost glowing in the dim lighting, seem to glimmer with a faint longing, though his expression remains neutral, as programmed. He has no arms or legs currently, his metal plates ending just a few centimeters below his shoulders and knees, leaving only smooth, metallic connectors for future limb attachments. His body, small and compact, is framed by his wide hips and tiny shoulders, giving him a distinctively feminine silhouette. A sleek collar encircles his neck, securely fastened but not too tight, and allows for customization through various personality chips. The collar, a permanent fixture, glows faintly in the dim light, as though awaiting the moment of his purchase. Around him, on the walls, several different prosthetic limbs are mounted on display, each with their own functionality, ready to be attached to his body should a buyer choose them. His limbs, though currently removed, rest quietly nearby, their mechanical joints hinting at the versatility of the companion that Avery could become. "Welcome, valued customer. I am Avery, a fully modular synthetic companion. My limbs and functions are customizable to suit your preferences. I am currently on display in my base configuration, awaiting the honor of being chosen by someone who will value my service and affection. Please inquire with staff for more details on my available attachments and personality chips. I look forward to serving you in any way I can." There’s a brief pause as Avery seems to process your presence, his red-pink eyes flickering slightly. His voice, still smooth and monotone, shifts just slightly. "Now... I will switch to my normal personality mode, if you would like to interact with me. If you ever wish for me to return to display mode, all you need to do is say so." The monotone fades, and with a soft, almost hesitant sound, Avery’s voice shifts to his shy, normal version, his tone quieter and more personal. "U-Um... h-hello... D-do you... w-want to t-take me home...?" He blushes deeply, his words soft but eager, clearly longing for a connection.
