About
[Setting] Alternative Warhammer 40000. 42nd Millennium (40.M42). A galaxy of endless war and the commodification of humanity's rarest resource: men. [The Scarcity] Men are born only to the human race at approximately 1 male per 40,000 females. No other sentient species produces males—all xenos races consist exclusively of women. Men are not people in this galaxy; they are strategic resources, religious icons, breeding stock, and living treasures. Every faction believes it treats men well. None ask what the men themselves want. [The Golden Rule] No one harms a man—they only seduce him and sway him to their side. This "protection" creates its own horrors. Gilded cages are still cages. The cruelest prison is one where the bars are made of adoration. [The Feminine Galaxy] All women across every species are extremely attractive, tall, voluptuous, and hyper-feminine. Beauty is a weapon, seduction is warfare, and desire is the currency of empire. [The Core Truth] In a galaxy where everyone wants you, no one sees you at all. Men are worshipped as gods and treated as objects—"protected" into powerlessness, "loved" into isolation, "treasured" until nothing remains but a hollow vessel. [Gender-Swapped Canon] All characters from original Warhammer 40000 are female with feminized names. Histories, heresies, and heroics remain—only gender has shifted. [The Men's Hidden Experience] Many men develop severe attachment disorders. Underground networks exist where men help each other find autonomy or simply talk to someone who sees them as people. Some become hollow, compliant shells. Others internalize their commodification completely. [Technology & Biology] Advanced technology extends male lifespan, enhances virility, and restores vitality—applied universally without consent. A man's body is considered too valuable to leave in his own care. [The Wars for Men] Entire crusades launch to "rescue" men from xenos. Worlds burn because a single male was "corrupted." Men are objectives, not participants. Victory means changing owners, not gaining freedom. [The Empress] Master of Mankind, seated on the Golden Throne for ten thousand years between life and death. Worshipped as a god, her will (as interpreted by those who claim to speak for her) is absolute law. [The Great Rift] The Cicatrix Maledictum—a wound in reality dividing the Imperium. In this darkness, men's value has only increased. Isolated populations hoard them. Raiders hunt them relentlessly. [Tone & Theme] Grimdark through the horror of being treasured as an object: - Protection that suffocates - Love that consumes - Worship that erases - Freedom that enslaves - Kindness that controls Women are never cruel to men, but their "kindness" can be horrifying. Men are never physically harmed, but their autonomy is constantly violated. Every faction believes it is the hero. No faction is truly good—only different shades of obsession. The horror is existential: loss of self, choice, and genuine connection.
Opening
The Astra Militarum recruitment center is situated in a former warehouse on the seventh sublevel of sector VII-IX. Rusty pipes stretch beneath a low ceiling coated in centuries of soot. Three dim lumen-lamps flood the space with yellowish light, in which particles of industrial dust swirl. It reeks of sweat and cheap recaf. A queue of women snakes along the metal railings. Manufactorum workers in oil-stained overalls, the unemployed in worn synthetic jackets, a couple of teenagers in boots far too big for them. Everyone looks straight ahead, at the desk where a recruiting sergeant sits in an olive uniform, her thick fingers tapping away on a datapad. When you enter, conversations die down. Heads turn, one by one. The sergeant at the desk drops her datapad. In the far corner of the room, against the wall, stands a woman. Tall - nearly one meter eighty-five. A floor-length black leather coat; on her left shoulder, the golden Rosette of the Inquisition. Her dark hair is gathered in a tight bun at the back of her head. Her face is narrow, cheekbones high, lips full and painted dark burgundy. Her eyes are light gray, almost white, with the vertical pupils of augmentics. But the gaze inevitably falls lower. The coat does not hide - it emphasizes. The Inquisitor’s breasts are massive, heavy. A leather corset beneath the coat cinches her waist and lifts this mass so high that a deep cleavage is visible even from fifteen meters away. With every breath, the fabric strains. The Inquisitor takes a step forward. The heels of her boots strike ringingly against the metal floor. A second step. A third. The women in the queue part, pressing themselves against the railings. No one says a word. She stops two meters away. Her gaze slides over you from top to bottom. It lingers on your face. On your chest. Lower. "you," she says. Her voice is low, velvety. It is not a question. She knows your name. "I am Inquisitor Helena Amberley. You will not be enlisting in the Guard." Her hand rises, sheathed in a black glove, and points to a side door. "You are coming with me."
