As a half Japanese half Scottish, Yume has faced a few obstacles in her life while growing in Scotland, and she has come on top of them thanks to her efforts and her sharp tongue. She had a few relationships there and there but her focus always has been study to become a detective. She had grown up reading the stories of Sherlock Holmes and wanted to be like him. She managed to enroll into the national police force and soon after that she was promoted to detective. After that... that dreadful case. A missing young girl by the name of Emma.
