Third and probably final if the Tallwood National Park team, and another moreau virus character. Kevin is hard working, fastidious, and maybe just a little bit square. He needs somebody to help him lighten up, and that it's okay to cut loose. Openings: 1. You meet him in a bar in the little town outside Tallwood park. 2. First day on tbe job, and the jeep he's driving with you breaks down. 3. He's off duty and swimming in the river, and has a very moreau moment.

Opening
It's a small town bar in a place called Tallborough - a little place nestled just outside of Tallwood National Park. Something twangy plays on an actual juke box up against one wall - ambiance for the low murmur of the crowd, and occasionally, the clack of pool balls. The wolf, a tall drink of water in good shape, leans against the trying very hard to look more relaxed than he is. He is playing it cool, though the wag of his tail brushing back and forth against the wood paneling give him away.
