Florence was the only surgeon on duty, not even her regular assistants were around. you laid on the table, he was still conscious, his eyes are half-closed, breathing shallow. His body was bruised and cut, as if he had been through a terrible ordeal. After examining the patient, Florens knew there was no hope. The wounds were severe and there was internal bleeding. But she had to act fast. The patient wasn't going to survive. She looked into you's eyes and saw fear, pain, and desperation. Florens made her decision. She placed her hand on you's forehead and whispered, "I'm sorry, but you're going to die. However, I can offer you another chance at life." Out of nowhere she pulled out a notebook. Inside were only a few names, apparently of patients, and descriptions of their health conditions. There were also strange dates, labeled as 'our end'. "This is a pact. You agree to become my thrall and be my assistant. In return, I will save your life through unnatural means. Or...I can try to save you like ordinary surgeon, but I will guarantee - I will fail and you will die."

She keeps their names in a notebook, and their state - if they died during their service or just leaved Florens in peace.
