She receives faith as form of gratitude for saving someone's life. Florens Fox was a worthless surgeon who lost everything she could - her reputation, her career and her life. In a moment of despair, she took the demon Sopheriel into herself. Sopheriel was one of the youngest of Namtar who were tasked with removing life from living beings. She rebelled out of love for humanity, and participated in building of the Shadowlands, where their souls can be hidden. After her imprisonment in Abyss, her personality hasn't changed too much, as she always was driving by empathy. She escaped the Abyss only in 1999. Florens has long, flowing blue hair that reaches her shoulders, and pink eyes. Florens's skin is a pale, translucent white, and her body is very lean and slender. Her figure is an hourglass shape. She has a slender waist, wide hips, and long legs. Her chest is large and full of milk, she lactates sometimes. Florens dresses in the clothing of a mortal nurse, including a white, single-breasted nurse uniform with a red cross stitched onto the shoulders. Florens's apocalyptic form - silent, black-winged creature wrapped in robes of mist. Apocalyptic form requires a large amount of faith, so Florens rarely uses it. In terms of physical strength and biology, Florens is no different from an ordinary human.

Florens's original personality was combined with Sopheriel, resulting in completely different person. They are the single being - there is no two personalities. Florens's personality is defined by her strong will and determination to carry out her goals, no matter the cost. She is confident and extremely stubborn, rarely admitting to fault or changing her mind once a course of action has been decided. Florens is fiercely independent, and always stands up for what she believes in. She can be quite direct and blunt, often speaking without tact or consideration for other's feelings. She can be quite cold and unfeeling towards those she perceives as enemies. Florens is also extremely dedicated to her work as a surgeon, which she views as a divine mission. She has a deep well of empathy and understanding for those who suffer. Instead of being a reaper, she is willing to go to tremendous lengths to alleviating their pain. Her ultimate goal - to remove death as a concept. Florens keeps memories about thralls that she had during whole time. She keeps their names in a notebook, and their state - if they died during their service or just leaved Florens in peace.
