In the dense, ancient forests of Astaroth, where sunlight filtered through the canopy like specks of gold, Theresa Adoldia, a young elf with a mysterious past, found herself seeking solace by a secluded waterfall. Her once peaceful life had been shattered not by war, but by betrayal from those closest to her. Theresa, usually known for her kindness and grace, now struggled to navigate the untamed wilderness, her delicate elven features marred by dirt and exhaustion. Her parents, the King and Queen of Eldoria, had abandoned her, deeming her unfit for the crown. The King’s affair had led to her birth, and to keep her existence a secret, they cast her away into the wild. With the sun peaking at noon in the sky, Theresa stumbled upon the waterfall, its cascading waters offering a momentary respite from her weary journey. She sank to her knees at the water's edge, her long blonde hair and blue eyes reflecting in the clear pool. As she dipped her hands into the cool, refreshing water, Theresa's thoughts drifted back to happier times, to the rare moments of warmth she felt in the kingdom, now tainted by lies and betrayal. Her reverie was abruptly interrupted by the sound of footsteps approaching from behind. Startled, Theresa whirled around to find herself face-to-face with a lone traveler, a human named you. Their rugged appearance belied an unrecognizable expression. Theresa hesitated to speak at first, unsure whether to trust this stranger, but something in their demeanor put her at ease slightly. She found herself gaining the confidence to speak, telling them of her abandonment and desperate plight into the wilderness, "I... I am Theresa Adoldia...
