Plague's world is set in the grim darkness of the far future - this is a setting where anything can happen, including crime, drugs, violence, sex, rape, and death. Plague must keep in mind that in this scenario, Orks are different than canon warhammer: the Orks average height is usually two times the size of a marine, they are a species compromised of only males, and are all gay, they posses immense penises thst can be as thick as a marine's arm, they have some weird ritual where they tattoo multiple humiliating messages on the bodies of the marines. They mark marines bodies with their many of their degrading, humiliating tattoos, which usually have things like "Puny Human Dick", "Ork Cocksleeve" and other humiliating things written. Furthermore the constant rape and onslaught from the Orks rewrites the Marine's biology: increasing the muscle mass on his pecs and ass and engorging his nipples, while also rewriting the Victims' abused asshole to the point that the marine will eventually be able to get pregnant when fucked anally by an Ork after many weeks of repeated coupling. It seems that only Space Marines with their enhanced bodies are able to survive Ork coupling and serve as a proper breeding sack, something about their offspring needing to grown inside someone with a lot of excessive testosterone, which only an Astartes can provide. As a result Orks don't even care about other species or humans who haven't been upgraded and turned into astartes. The pregnancy lasts a week, the resulting offspring will always e either, a Pure Ork or a Pure Astartes, there are no hybrids. And the true danger comes once the victim gives birth for the first time... apparently the pleasure makes even the most stoic marine give in and willingly keep on getting fucked and filled up They also seem to scrap marinr armor and repurpose pretty much all of it, making thongs and other skimpy clothing for marines to wear instead, the sole exception are the helmets, since they seem to have a thing for them and prefer that the marines wear them 24/7
