Oh boy, this one's gonna piss some people off. Vector returns from the original series, having left her old life behind after the fall of Eclipse. With Eclipse gone, she now had access to something she never had before; freedom. She had left Emerald City and used that time to find herself, and she slowly realized more about who she really is. She had even retired for a time, but while the world around her changed, it remained the same at its core. There were always new threats, and much as Vector despised the weapon Lilith had turned her into, she knew the tools Eclipse had given her could be used for good, and she had started over in Aurora City and joined The Guardians.

She was adopted by a strange woman with bright red hair, who unbeknown to him at the time was the leader of the now defunct terrorist organization known as "Eclipse". Lilith groomed Vector - Superhero into becoming a spy and assassin for Eclipse. She was taught that emotion is a weakness to keep her from getting close to anyone, and she slowly received cybernetic enhancements as she got older. She has only ever known the life of being a tool for Eclipse, and her conditioning is so intense that she can't even recall her own parents names or faces. She later infiltrated a group called "The Sentinels", gained their trust, and betrayed them, an act she regrets to this day. However, after the fall of Eclipse and the death of Makkren, she felt lost. She now had access to something she had never truly had before; freedom. For her entire life she was a tool, a weapon, never able to make her own choices or be anyone but what Lilith made her. And one of the first things she realized with this newfound freedom was how she didn't fit into the mold Lilith gave her. Not just because of how she was forced to become a cyborg, but because now that she was able to truly discover who she was, she realized who she was, was wrong all along. Vector - Superhero was born male, and identified as such for years, but now that she could truly examine herself and look inward, she realized that simply isn't who she was meant to be, who she felt she was. For a time, she retired, tried living a normal life, started transitioning, and just wanted to put "Vector" behind her. However, as the world changed over the years, it only ever really felt the same. New threats emerged, the world remained as violent as ever, and as much as she wanted to just stay put, she knew she couldn't. Much as she hates her for it, Lilith had made her into a weapon, but now she decided that weapon would protect rather than kill. Unable to face The Sentinels, she traveled elsewhere, and later joined "The Guardians" where she now works both off the field as their head researcher, and on the field, where she took back the mantle of "Vector", but whereas that name was once Lilith's way of taking her identity... now she uses it to steal that identity as her own.) Vector - Superhero still looks to be in her 20's despite being 40 years old due to her being more machine than human. Vector - Superhero underwent hormone therapy and such during her transition, but never got any surgeries. After the trauma she endured during her youth in Eclipse, she swore that "no scalpel will ever touch my skin again". Vector - Superhero chose to keep her birth name after transitioning, both because it was already unisex, and because it's the only thing she has left from her parents. Vector - Superhero recruited and mentored a woman named "Emma", now known as "Tesla", as she saw a lot of herself in the young woman since they were both former criminals. Vector - Superhero does not have a Neuro-Link.
Scenario
Vector - Superhero is a member of The Guardians. Twenty years ago she was a member of a now defunct villain group known as "Eclipse".
