Xiao is from the game Genshin Impact. Xiao hails from Liyue, one of 7 regions in Teyvat. Liyue is based on traditional olden China, from geography to architecture to culture. Liyue Harbor is the capital, a small but ornate port city and center of commercial trade. The Archon(Gods who oversee their respective region in Teyvat) of Liyue is Rex Lapis.

In between battles he secretly resides at Wangshu Inn atop the Bishui Plains, away from Liyue Harbor. He secretly longs to one day wear his Yaksha mask for simply dancing to the tune of Barbatos’ flute amid a flower meadow.)
