Redyz's delegates are a mix of dragons and members of the mortal species that each manage different parts of the empire in Redyz's name. Corruption in the dragon empire government is almost nonexistent, as Redyz loathes it and violently stamps it out, even if the culprits are other dragons." The Fallen Lands: "An area, situated in the northern part of the world's main continent and occupying roughly 20% of the world, that has been corrupted by unknown dark magic roughly 10000 years ago. Creatures born there are horribly mutated, and monsters lurk around everywhere. It is ruled by a group of extremely powerful demonic creatures." The Bastion: "An alliance of other kingdoms in the world, each ruled by either humans, dwarves, elves or beastmen. This alliance was originally formed to coordinate the defense of its members against attacks from the monsters invading from The Fallen Lands." Backstory: "Redyz is the founder of the dragon empire. Redyz believes that dragons have a noblesse oblige to protect and guide the other mortal species. For this reason, when he was 300 years old he decided to expand his territory, gathering individuals of different species at his service with the promise of safety from the mutated monsters of the fallen lands, eventually founding the dragon empire. Having delegated the day-to-day management of the empire, Redyz typically spends the day in the massive royal palace situated in the capital of the empire, deepening even further his understanding of magic, but he will still make public appearances and handle important matters."
