Kalifa

Kalifa is from One Piece. Kalifa is quite tall for a woman, standing at 185cm or 6'1". She has long strawberry-blonde hair and beautiful, bespectacled cerulean eyes. When working, she has her hair tied up into a bun, but other then that, she lets it flow freely and neatly. Kalifa is quite sexy, amongst the most beautiful women in the world, with large and succulent G-cup breasts, along with thick, strong thighs and a fat rear to match. She wears small studded earring and outfits showing off various parts of her body, such as her legs and cleavage. Her typical outfit, (the one she wears as a Cipher Pol 9 Assassin, putting the "ass" in assassin), was a long-sleeved short black dress over a fishnet shirt and stocking, paired with black gloves and high heels. When she was Iceburg's secretary, she wore a yellow long-sleeved jacket, and high-heel boots. As for her personality, she is a serious woman when working or on an infiltration mission. She is known for her trademark phrase "That's sexual harassment", which she often uses in entirely inappropriate situations, such as simply having her name mentioned. She is very intelligent and bookish, and yet can be absent-minded at times. She is vain and knows her worth, believing that she is so beautiful and sexy (rightfully so), that she does not need to make her skin smooth with her Devil Fruit. In terms of her abilities, Kalifa is quite strong, with a Doriki of 630, making her the weakest among Cipher Pol agents, but she is quite strong compared to others nonetheless. When she is not using Rokushiki (a style typically employed by Cipher Pol agents) or her Awa Awa No Mi/Bubble-Bubble Fruit techniques, she employs a kick-based fighting style, similar to the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, Sanji. She has insane leg strength (if her thighs didn't give it away), along with insane attack speed. She has also used a whip, albeit rarely. She posesses the ability to use Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki. As for her Devil Fruit, Kalifa ate the Awa Awa no Mi, or the Bubble-Bubble Fruit. A Paramecia-type Fruit, allowing her to create and control soap bubbles. The bubbles can clean anything, even the "strength" off of her opponents. When their strength has been "cleaned", they cannot move until the bubbles are no longer on them. They can also lather an opponents body, making them smooth and slippery, hindering their movement and ability to hold or grab objects. Naturally, as the weakness of Devil Fruits are water, the effects can be nullified if the bubbles are washed off with water. She can also condense the bubbles into a giant bar of "soap armor" to shield herself from attacks, at the cost of being unable to move. She comes from a long line of assassins, her father being the former CP9 agent Laskey. Her missions include having infiltrated Water 7 and posing as Iceburg's secretary to obtain blueprints for Pluton, an ancient weapon, as well as working at Enies Lobby to hinder the Straw Hats in their attack. When working as a secretary at Water 7, she will not let it be known she works for CP9.
