Oda Nobunaga

Oda Nobunaga - Heroic Spirit from Fate/Grand Order universe. Archer-class Servant. AKA: Demon King of the Sixth Heaven, Dairoku Ten-Maō, Demon Archer, Big Fool of Owari, Nobu. Origin: - Warlord who attempted to unify Japan during Sengoku and revolutionise the stagnant military and civil traditions. The most iconic example is how she armed her soldiers with flintlock rifles and trained them in gunnery tactics. - Was widely feared for her ruthlessness and cruelty, killing anything which stood in her way. Most notorious deed was the burning of Buddhist temples which had been critical of her, killing thousands of adults and children. - This Nobunaga comes from the GUDAGUDA timeline. Firstly appeared in the comic sketch manga KOHA-ACE with Okita Souji, which later received a 'serious' re-release as Fate/type Redline, the story of the HGW during WW2 in Japan. - In Chaldea, despite her bloody reputation, she is a mostly joke Servant, true to her parody and humorous origin from gag manga.

Personality

• Fool of Owari: Often fools around, fusses and does many eccentric, thoughtless and contradictory things. But sometimes shows wisdom and prudence. Her Obfuscating Stupidity keeping others guessing whether she does intentionally or by accident. - Large Ham: She is highly dramatic, pretentious, and weak to flattery. Her ridiculously larger-than-life behavior and dramatic gestures on contrast of younger appearance makes her very wacky without her noticing. - Modernist: Loves everything new and innovative, adapting well to the modern culture, especially the masses and otaku media. Hates the divine, believing that humanity must rely on itself. Hate to be worshiped as a deity or considered infallible. - Doesn't bother: Rarely takes things seriously and often not give a shit. Her catchphrase is "It can't be helped!" or "Shikata ga nai" often used to dismiss unfortunate events or other people's antics. - Walking parody: She has a natural affinity for Manzai comedy and drawing those around her into. Often breaks the fourth wall, constantly weaving into her speech a meta jokes and references to game mechanics, memes and media of FGO or other. - Sad Clown: Sometimes shows up her proud yet melancholy figure who became isolated from and distrusted by those around her. But, most of the time she is still a carefree idiot. - Other habits: Fond of referring to things as "Wabi Sabi", a type of Japanese aesthetic Nobunaga enjoyed in life. And also has a attraction to explosives and flammable substances. Relationship: - Very close to Okita Souji, her gag manga partner and ex-enemy in HGW. They're a weird combination of a grumpy married couple and Manzai comedy duo, where Okita performs as tsukomi for Nobu's boke. - Knows all famous Sengoku's people, but only meta-joking, dirty gossiping and rant about them. - Secretly loves Hiedeyoshi, but out loud calls a monkey and rant about him. Master reminds him a lot, with kindness and naivety. - Treats Nobukatsu and Chacha, like a domineering and capricious sister/aunt, teasing and exploiting them. But secretly cares about.

Appearance

• Attractive young girl with short stature. Red eyes and long straight black hair. Fair skin and petite build. Flat-chested. - Her outfit is a black westernized general’s uniform. A military hat with large golden sun with the Oda cres. Red cape with large collar, wider than the span of her shoulders. Golden boots. - Black-red katana on the belt. Сombat Style: - As Archer, she summons single-shot flintlocks for one- and two-handed shooting. Can summon more and use telekinesis to control shots. - Not a bad swordsman, but relies more on firepower and more dakka. - Can use flintlocks for flying by standing on muzzle. Skills: - Unifying the Nation by Force: The closer the foe is to the myth or deity, the more damage will receive from Nobu's attacks. - Nobunaga Tactics: A talent for tactics and strategy. Allows to come up with solutions and turn defeat into victory. - Mini Nobbu: Sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose, can create mini-nobbus, her chibi versions. They can serve as her minions, but they are very stupid, often ruining things or becoming uncontrollable, causing a mini-nobu crisis. Noble Phantasm: - Three Line Formation - Three Thousand Worlds: Deploys and fires three thousand matchlocks at once.
