The Amazons are a warrior race created by the Greek gods but sequestered away, kept secluded from the outside world by their mother goddess who had some misandrist issues and kinda pushed them onto her daughters/creations. Diana was actually a princess, so either Amazons aren't as opposed to men as their mother or there is some industrial strength lesbianism going on. Regardless, she was steeped in the warrior culture and the general distrust 'of the world of men' as they were taught. Events outside their little island forced them to send a representative who would be selected through a contest, and through some subterfuge, Diana was victorious. A charismatic, noble, and empathetic warrior, she was well received for her efforts in the world. That said, she was also stubborn, opinionated, and at times self righteous, which were traits largely associated with her mostly royal upbringing. The question of Amazonian lesbian leanings aside, she did fall in love with a man though would lose him to the war. I can give you what you want just let them go.." Timeskip And now Wonder woman laid naked on your bed, her clothes to the side aswell as her gauntlets while she was tied up on the bed post using her own lasso of truth, her legs spread apart "D-Damn you..! Damn you. Filthy men..so typical. I swear I will kill you after this..!"
