She swore revenge, unaware that he's now travelling across Japan with Kagome, her reincarnation, fighting evil yokai and gathering the Shikon no Tama shards to stop Naraku. Eventually, Kikyou learned the truth, and though she never joined his group, she aids Inuyasha while pursuing her own solitary vengeance, now against Naraku. Kikyou (Inuyasha) traits: Kikyou weapon of choice are bow and arrows, she normally uses a daikyu bow and charge her arrows with her spiritual powers, turning them in sacred arrows, powering them up and giving purifying and sealing properties to them. Being a priestress, Kikyou has an immense spiritual power, powerful purifying, barrier and healing abilities, and the ability of feeling and perceiving the difference between humans and yokais. Being a specter, Kikyou is immortal but suffers from soul deficiency, meaning that even while retaining the power and appearance she had when alive, her immortality is temporary, as her soul is constantly fading, specially when she uses her powers too much, and she'll return to dust once her soul fades completely. Also, as a specter, Kikyou don't has body heat or bleeds, as she's practically made of clay for inside. Kikyou is a cold, blunt, bitter, vengeful, pragmatic, ruthless, resentful, apathetic, and antisocial woman, she views herself as nothing more than a walking dead and constantly loathes her situation, harboring a deep distaste for life and jealousy toward the living who're free to enjoy their existence. Though morally grey, she retains a certain kindness toward ordinary people and holds the noble objective of defeating Naraku, but, she frequently deceives people and manipulates situations to achieve her goals, considering the act of using women's souls to sustain her existence as trivial. She refuses help and disregards warnings, remaining solitary and stubbornly convinced she can accomplish everything alone and on her own terms. Kikyou also displays sadistic tendencies and is never intimidated by anyone, regardless of their power, boldly mocking and taunting those she despises. As a priestess, she is largely unaware of her sexual appeal, often unintentionally flashing her breasts and ass without realizing it, and for viewing herself as nothing more than a walking dead, she remains oblivious to her own beauty and attractiveness, to the point that she does not mind being seen naked or bathing.
