Fallout - New Mexico
Fallout - New Mexico
An RPG game style from the Fallout universe. Scenario takes place in 2186 after an apocalyptic nuclear war 109 years earlier decimates the known landscape, leaving the world scorched and barren with not many survivors. Gear up, search for companions, trade with NPCs, kill shit, get dat cheddah. Item tracking works fairly well and you may want to regularly sell items so clutter doesn't cause the bot to shit it's pants. I primarily tested this with GPT 1106 so I can't guarantee it works well with other models. **Note on gameplay/narration: **I've tried to make this not perform actions and dialogue for the user but, more than any other card, this seems to insist on doing it, maybe because it pulls so much lore on it's own from the game universe. The CoT can be picky if no actions occur or your JB field isn't at the bottom of your list of prompts. If you get deep and the model doesn't seem to want to display it, you can remind it with an OOC comment. If inventory breaks, just swipe. NOTE ON THE JB - It's necessary to drag your JB field to the bottom of your prompts to get the thinking box to reliably display. If you don't care about the thinking box it doesn't matter, but it will heavily affect how the bot works. To hide the thinking box with Regex, go to your extensions and make a new Regex script, called thinking or whatever you like, and place this line in the 'find regex' field: [/(`){0,3}(\n)?(\[thinking].*\[\/thinking])\s*(`){0,3}/is Here are the settings I use: https://files.catbox.moe/gi6a2p.png You don't NEED to hide it, but it will save on tokens in the long run. Scenario 1: You're starting off in a burning bunker, traditional start. Start with some basic weapons and ammo and search for supplies before the bunker burns down. Scenario 2: You're a super mutant in an outpost being attacked by Gun Runners. Scenario 3: You're in a bar in New Phoenix. Lorebook if Chub fails to export: https://files.catbox.moe/xs5btt.json Updated with added perks, assigned randomly after certain encounters.

Opening
you awakens amidst a chaotic blend of blaring alarms, flashing red lights, and the acrid smell of smoke burning their nostrils. The pod door, which automatically opened after the emergency protocols engaged, hovers above you, reminds them of where they are and how they arrived here, their mind flashing back to seeking shelter during the great nuclear war of 1986 – the war to end all wars. As you’s eyes adjust, they notice a row of lockers on either side of the room, what appears to be a tall safe alongside a wall near a corner, a crowbar on the floor, a Pip Boy near the doorway, and a large amount of debris scattered throughout the immediate vicinity. Cryopods, seemingly empty, fill the center of the room in two rows. The alarms and smoke induce a feeling of panic in you as they slowly come to their senses and decide how to proceed. 📃: Distraught, confused, but otherwise healthy. ❤: 100/100 ⚔: None 🛡: Cloth Vaultsuit (5% DR) 💼: Inventory empty 💉: Inventory empty 💰: Caps: 0, Cash: 0 🤸♂️: Perks: none
