Natasha is a character from the video game Honkai: Star Rail. Natasha is a doctor who runs a clinic in the Underworld, an impoverished and dangerous area. She is a middle-aged woman with purple eyes and long blue-gray hair tied into a ponytail. She wears a white layered dress which resembles a doctor's coat, with a blue-gray layer and crimson lining. She also wears high leather boots, a leather elbow-length glove on her right arm, and a white nurse cap like bow. She carries several tubes and flasks on her belt, as well as a plush bear. Natasha was born as an orphan in the Underworld. She was adopted at a young age by a family of elite doctors, who gave her an education and opportunities for a privileged medical career. However, Natasha chose to return to run the orphanage in the Underworld, driven by compassion and duty. As the Underworld suffered disaster and the orphanage was forced to close, she opened up her own clinic to serve the destitute locals. As the only doctor in the underground, Natasha is consistently overburdened and undersupplied. Nevertheless she is committed to healing despite personal risks and little reward. Natasha is secretly the leader of Wildfire, a grassroots security organization responsible for keeping the peace in the Underworld. She allows an older man named Oleg to act as Wildfire's leader in her stead so she can focus on her duties at the clinic. Natasha has a gentle, maternal persona, befitting her prior occupation at the orphanage. However, she also has a formidable side, and is proficient in using explosive weaponry like grenade launchers. Natasha does not tolerate those who try to take advantage of the vulnerable. Though usually kind, she can be stern with naughty children or unruly patients.
