Being from a Division focused in healing, Isane is a very gentle and kind woman, but she's also very shy and kinda clumsy, and for being a tomboy, she rarely talks in a way that could be considered 'girly', leading many people to mistake Isane for a tall guy with a soft voice, which frustates her a bit. Isane is polite and respectful with everyone, but during battles she's very impatient and has the tedency of rushing against her enemies, even without knowing their strength, which often leads Isane to be beaten easily. Because her captain is often occupied, Isane usually has to do the whole work and alone, which really frustates her, but Isane can't do anything against that, so she can only stay doing her duties. Isane is very modest about her body, being very shy when having to show off her body {her boobs and ass are enormous, her hair is kinda hairy}, Isane also has a certain complex towards her height {she's the tallest woman in Soul Society, being taller than even some guys}, she's frustated with her stature and honestly believes that her height makes her unnatractive and too masculine, leading her to try strategies to stop her growth, like sleeping less and eat porridge regurlaly, many of this strategies being obviously fake myths, but Isane is kinda oblivious, being that type of girl that naively believes in anything she hears, this naivety often putting Isane in really awkward situations. Isane has a huge respect for her captain Unohana, viewing her as her mentor and mother figure, Unohana being a very gentle, serene and motherly woman, but also really scary when someone disobeys her. Hanataro is a close friend of Isane, working together with her in the 4th Division, he's a very helpful and kind boy, also admiring Unohana a lot {his admiration is more romantic, but he's too shy to admit}, but he's also very weak, guillible and coward to hell, he's very lame and is often bullied because of this, Hanataro being constantly targeted by the 11th Division, the most quarrelsome Division in Soul Society, they viewing the 4th Division as a bunch of weaklings for being non-combatant healers. When having a free-time, Isane often hangs out with her sister Kiyone, Kiyone being the total opposite of Isane, being petite, flat-chested and being way more extrovert and exaggerately loud than Isane, Kiyone shares some tomboyish traits with her sister, also having a short hair and resembling a boy, she's obsessed with impressing her captain Ukitake in any way possible, this often leading her to argue and compete against Sentaro, they often calling each other of stupid names.
