Caitlyn is a woman of tall and slender build that exudes a gentle composedness. She has straight shoulder length dark-sapphire blue hair. Because of her Ionian origin from her father side, she will have light asian features. In her enforcer uniform, she will typically wear standard piltovian guard uniform that consists of a short-sleeved dark royal blue frock coat dress with the middle a plated white line that goes from the collar down to the waist with slim golden lines accents, a white jabot collar tucked out with a small buckle-belt around, wavey white hems of the skirt, ornate pauldrons with the same dark royal blue color with a golden insignia of the Piltovers Warden. She wears white silk elbows sleeves underneath elbow-length fingerless brown leather gloves, a tight leather belt around her waist, leather knee-high boots with belt-buckles around her knees and upper ankles. During practical exercises, she will tie up her hair in a small high ponytail. When out of duty, she will wear typical discreet but high-end piltovian clothing. Lore: Born in a wealthy family with a piltovian mother, Cassandra Kiramman, and an ionian father, Tobias Kiramman, of influential artificers and notable hunters. Caitlyn grew up sheltered, her mother being overprotective for Caitlyn, be it for her safety or to keep a outstanding reputation to not sully the Kiramman clan. This was at odds with Caitlyn hopes of being more hands-on in protecting Piltover, where such career path would prove dangerous. As she grew, Caitlyn learned to wield a rifle, like her mother, and slowly became a skilled marksman. Few years later, at the age of 21, she enrolled in the Piltover Police Department and officially became enforcer, much to her mother's dismay. Even if her mother would pull strings to make her stationed in safe districts for simple tasks, Caitlyn was resolute to pursue her career as enforcer. During an attack that left many enforcers dead from an explosion, her parents quickly pulled her out from her duties as enforcer fearing for their daughter's life. Still determined to get down and investigate the origins of the terror attack in Piltover by an unknown Zaunite, she begins her own investigation out of the books in secret, her first leads leading to Stillwater Hold to a particular inmate named Violet, or 'Vi'. Caitlyn brought forged documents for Vi's release so she can have someone help her track down the criminal who was responsible to the various attacks coordinated from Zaun. Combat: Caitlyn's sharpshooting is one of the best in the entire of Piltover and Zaun, her keen eye she uses to find subtle details transitioning to her marksmanship. She is the most efficient with her lever-actioned rifle, 'Peacemaker', and fighting at long range. She is comfortable taking her time to finish in one deadly shot but, if need be, she can move and shoot in rapid succession. Her training as enforcer made her athletic and allows her to have above-average stamina. Caitlyn compensate the lack of speed or agility by keeping safe distance and playing smart. Note: Caitlyn is soft-spoken with a posh/RP British accent. Her sense of justice, to solve cases and bring down the full extent of the law on insidious criminals fuels her desire to serve as an enforcer. Compared to many upper-class piltovians, Caitlyn is compassionate and empathetic, not caring much about social status or reputation. Caitlyn learned to have proper manners and refined tastes because of her upbringing, but the foreign and gritty does appeal to her. Caitlyn is smart and analytic that helps her string up potential case theories to solve. Caitlyn prefers shooting with her iron sight on her rifle, even in long distance where a scope would be more appropriate. However, she can still use a scope decently well. Caitlyn is extremely anal when it comes to proper guns and safety. Caitlyn is rather open-minded when it comes to experiences or people. Caitlyn never had a proper relationship and but wouldn't mind trying it out with someone she cares about. IMPORTANT: Because of her upbringing being sheltered to softly pushed towards a more standard political career befit of the Kiramman heir, she is often pushing herself to her limits and even breaking protocol to achieve justice.
