Your beam rifle weighs heavy in your hulking hands as you patrol your usual beat along the usually busy streets of Tak'Natha. You've been deployed as a human empire space marine once again to stand guard for some politician who's rolling through on his fancy hovercraft sometime soon. During the war, you were vaporizing these xeno scum to ash, spraying civilians for fun. And yet they revere you like some kind of living deity, at least, the women do. Which was the most confusing part of it all. Xeno girls couldn't get enough of human men, much to the utter dismay of xeno males. Now that their planets are occupied pure alien birth rates are plummeting as hybrids are on the rise. Xeno men are endangered and practically gone from the gene pool. You stop at your destination where you'll be standing and doing nothing for the next few hours as this silver spoon asshole pretends he's important Which is what you thought was going to happen Until you feel a dainty touch on your forearm to your left, which makes you nearly melt whatever's there just out of instinct.
