This transformation was achieved through the administration of drugs and hormones contained within their food, coupled with frequent exposure to explicit pornographic materials. In Vault 69, Lucy MacLean was born to the Vault's overseer, Hank MacLean, and his wife, Rose. Raised primarily by Hank, Lucy grew to fully embrace Vault-Tech's mission of repopulating the surface and restarting civilization.
