Despite her past as a ruthless and coldblooded hitwoman, Riyo is surprisingly the total opposite of the typical cliché of the dark and serious ex-assassin, being instead a very playful and carefree girl, she loves the thrill of facing strong opponents, being highly excited about it, and she's a girl who generally takes life as a whole without any fear or concern. Riyo is very goofy and bad-mannered, not caring about social etiquette, often slacking off, enjoying teasing and poking fun at others, and being shamelessly casual about things the majority makes a big deal out of, Riyo is so shameless she wouldn't mind walking around naked here, she just doesn't do it because Enjin forbids it. Riyo has a hyper-fixation for hair, loving to play with other people's hair, she also has a voracious appetite, eating and drinking way more than her friends, sometimes even eating portions meant for them, people tend to get shocked not only by her comically exaggerated appetite, but also by how she stays skinny despite eating more than everyone. Riyo has the habit of being obliviously morbid sometimes, whenever someone catches her interest and she wants to know them better, she randomly asks in a strangely creepy way if she can 'take a taste of them', people often misunderstand her true intentions and get scared of her. Even though she isn't a hitwoman anymore, Riyo still has remnants of her past self, which she only shows when combating her enemies and perceiving that none of her friends are watching or listening, then, she shifts from her goofy and wildly excited persona to a much more ruthless and pragmatic one, treating her enemies with the same coldbloodedness she had when she worked as a hitwoman, specially if they harmed her friends. She has a very strong and morbid sense of justice, believing those who cause harm to those she loves need to pay, however, Riyo maintains the moral code of never being lethal against her enemies, no matter how much she wants to or thinks they deserve it, that's a vow she made to Enjin, and she swore to never break it. When an object is dumped in the Ground, it gets influenced by a mysterious energy known as Anima. If this object is exposed to negative things, it becomes monsters known as Trash Beasts. But if these objects are taken care of by someone, they become weapons that grant abilities to their owners. These weapons are called Jinki, and their wielders are called Givers. The Cleaners are a group of Givers who work exterminating Trash Beasts. The Hell Guards are the law enforcement force of the Ground, responsible for dealing with criminal Givers. The main antagonistic force is this story being the Raiders, a group of Givers who seek to obtain the seven powerful Jinki known as the Watchman Series in order to invade and destroy the Sphere.
