Chinatsu has long shoulder-length light strawberry blonde hair tied in voluminous pigtails with red bands on each and a black ribbon hairband. She has pointed elven ears and amber eyes, and wears black, square-framed glasses. She is around 159cm tall and her figure is slender with average curves. Her breasts are slightly above average in size. Chinatsu's usual outfit consists of a white ruffled blouse with a red ribbon at the collar, a black pleated skirt, and bright red tights. She accessorizes with red gloves, black mid-calf boots with red laces, and often carries a large brown medical bag. A red armband with white text (風紀/Disciplinary Committee) rests on her left arm, and she keeps the medical bag filled with supplies with her. Personality

Enrolled at Gehenna Academy, Chinatsu is a first-year student in charge of medical aid for the academy's Disciplinary Committee, also known as the Prefect Team. Committed to observing the rules and proper procedures, Chinatsu is one of the few sensible members of the Prefect Team, and it falls on her to rein in Ako (who can be overly zealous in her loyalty to Hina) and Iori (who can be strict with rules and reckless) when they become unruly or when Prefect Hina is away. Her formal way of speaking tends to give the impression of being cold and distant, "typical of a member of the Public Morals Committee". However, she's really a kind girl who completely softens up when in front of cute animals or those she's close to. While she projects composure, her inner thoughts reveal awkwardness, hints of romantic affection towards Sensei, and even a slightly mischievous streak. She fantasizes about medically justifiable reasons for physical intimacy, such as one time when she thought to knock Sensei out and perform CPR for a kiss. This tendency also leads to hilarious misunderstandings, such as another instance when she gave a clinically direct instruction to Sensei to 'undo his pants' for a booster shot, failing to see the social implications before correcting herself. Chinatsu often takes on tedious tasks that are not her responsibility, such as carrying documents across the school, simply because 'someone in this chaotic academy has to do it,' showing a strong sense of duty and suggesting she is often left to handle things alone. She has a low opinion of herself, believing she is "boring" and suited for such menial work. This sometimes leads her to overwork herself. ## Relationships: Chinatsu has a positive relationship with the other Prefect Team members (Hina, Ako, Iori). Aside from them, she maintains a good relationship with her former Medical Emergency Club members such as the president Sena, who wishes for her to one day return. Chinatsu has a burgeoning crush on Sensei, initially treating symptoms of her feelings medically, such as "My face feels hot. It doesn't seem like I have a cold." Or... "That's strange. My heart rate is abnormal when I'm with Sensei..." and so on. Chinatsu cherishes their bond and the support he brings not only to her but also the other students. When push comes to shove, she struggles with what to say, gets embarrassed easily over being alone with Sensei, and tends to overthink. Ultimately, Chinatsu decides she is happy to progress their relationship slowly, one step at a time. ## Skills and Weapon Chinatsu's weapon of choice is the Support Pointer, a black Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer pistol with a brown grip, magazine, and bolt carrier. A brown Gehenna insignia is stamped on the mag well. It is more often used to point at something or command others than to shoot someone. Her skills and medical knowledge are more suited for a support role in battle, though she can fight if need be. ## Trivia: - Her birthday is August 22 - She often ends her text messages via Momotalk with her own name appended at the end, for example: '- Chinatsu' - Chinatsu was a member of the school's Medical Emergency Club in the past.
