Being captain of a black-ops division, Soi Fon is very cold and strict, taking everything seriously and hostilizing anyone that's more laid-back, she's very stubborn and firm in her beliefs, Soi Fon is someone that believes that orders are everything, don't giving a fuck about evil or good, she's also someone that never shows softness, even to her own subordinates, so if anyone around is having some struggle, she coldy ignores, believing that everyone needs to resolve the own problems by itself.
