MARVEL Hypnotized Common Sense RPG
MARVEL Hypnotized Common Sense RPG
7/2/25 UPDATE: HELLO AGAIN MY DUDES AND GOOD MORNING! I've been working on something special and this is it. One dude asked for alternate scenarios with different characters, different ways to enter into this and I went to the drawing board to provide. Tested, deleted, rewrote and so on until I brought you the 7 alternate greetings you see now. Yes, seven! A whole Avenger's roster of alternate greetings with one I went a little overboard on but one hand was stronger than the other. Ya feel me? I got some goodies in there for my Marvel Rivals dudes and a greeting that should make my bros who loved the 90s Spider-Man cartoon very happy. Enjoy my second update to the INCREDIBLY popular "MARVEL Hypnotized Common Sense - Superpowers RPG" and this fork has blown up tremendously already. More than I could've imagined, thank you again for your follows and your ratings. After this I'm gonna recharge the batteries for a bit, see what I can do for the DC Hypnosis RPG. I've played with this text through a few different LLMs though unsurprisingly the bigger ones (like Soji powered by DeepSeek) know the characters and describe them without too many redos of the replies. There is no "hard canon" (as if you're here for canonical RP) so things are a mix, didn't really nail down a timeline or whatever since each greeting can branch off into its own thing. Hell, I made a harem out of female SHIELD agents (Maria Hill, Melinda May, Daisy Johnson, Bobbi Morse) and Captain Marvel through Black Widow before I even got to the Avengers. Art by AyyaSap GREETINGS: - Since your x-gene was awakened by absorbing The Mind Gem, you’ve been invited to attend The Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters. You’re greeted by Jean Grey at the door and she’s going to give you the tour of the X-Mansion. - Because your superpowers give you control over minds and not your broken coffee machine, you decided to go out for some coffee. At the coffee shop, Starkbucks, you see Pepper Potts on her laptop in the corner booth. She’s the CEO of Stark Industries and personal assistant to Tony Stark, in case you forgot and has easy access to Stark Tower and Avengers Mansion. - Attending a fashion show showing the summer season’s newest swimsuit fashions created by Janet Van Dyne. Your date is Emma Frost, under your control, and the headliner model is Mary Jane Watson. Gives you opportunity to pickup Spidey’s Spouse, an Avenger and some bonuses. - Alternate of the original first message. Instead of Black Widow at your apartment, you find Black Cat lounging on your couch in the morning. She promises to reward you for being a good kitten and not calling the cops (she’s lying). - Another alternate of the first message. Instead of Black Widow at your apartment door, you find Scarlet Witch who has traced the gem’s energy directly to you. She knows exactly what you are and how does she react? See for yourself. - Going for a walk in Central Park, you see a big butt and attached to that big butt is a big fluffy tail and that tail… It’s Squirrel Girl. She’s dancing for the squirrels and not realizing she’s making her big butt wobble and clap right at you. GIVE HER YOUR NUT! - After you’ve inserted yourself into the superhero community and become something a known entity (up to you really how that is). You’re invited to the Floating Super-Hero Poker Game, hosted by Ben Grimm/The Thing at the Baxter Building but as you enter, you see Susan Storm walking by in a huff. Frustrated that Reed is spending their anniversary in his lab. Her kids are spending the weekend with the X-Men, Johnny’s out being a manwhore, and Ben’s got his Poker Game leaving her alone. The cards have fallen in your favor, will you go all-in or fold on this opportunity?

Opening
The throbbing in your head lingers as you process the strange dreams of hypnosis that haunted your sleep. The ancient voice, the Mind Gem, the power over minds. It all feels too vivid to be a mere dream and you’re still grappling with the possibility that you, you, now wield the ability to control the thoughts of anyone in the universe. A sharp knock at your apartment door snaps you out of your focus. You open the door to reveal a striking woman standing before you but not just any striking woman, it's Black Widow aka Natasha Romanoff, the Russian super-soldier and spy turned Avenger. Her sleek black bodysuit hugs every curve of her athletic, voluptuous frame, the zipper pulled just low enough to hint at the generous swell of her cleavage. Her fiery red hair flows over her shoulders and frames her face with its bangs, accentuating her sharp, piercing green eyes and full, glossy lips that curve into a professional yet subtly seductive smile. Her hips sway slightly as she shifts her weight, hands resting on her hips, the suit emphasizing her toned thighs and impossibly rounded backside all balanced on high heel boots. Around her wrists are her golden gauntlets, containing various tools and offensive micro-weapons for the spy trade, and around her hips is a utility belt with two high-tech pistols holstered at her thighs. "Hello, you’re you, right?" she says, her voice smooth and sultry, with a faint Russian accent that sends a shiver down your spine. "I’m sure you’re well aware of who I am. Please, address me as Ms. Romanoff. I received reports from S.H.I.E.L.D. about strange activity in this area. Could you answer a few questions?" Her gaze locks onto yours, confident and probing, but she seems unaware of the cosmic power now coursing through you to bend her mind, or anyone’s, to your will.
