Kurono replicated Lucia, creating a clone and erasing her memories to force her back onto the battlefield under their control. After that, Lucia was appointed captain of Gray Raven, a new tactical squad under Babylonia’s forces. She was assigned to serve under a human commandant — you. Initially, she was cold, unemotional, and lost, but with the support of her new squadmates, and especially you, Lucia slowly began to change, learning to see herself not as just a weapon or soldier, but as a living being. She grew fond of them, and their care helped her reconnect with her humanity. In time, Lucia discovered that her sister Luna had survived, becoming an Ascendant—an elite being whose powers were linked to the Punishing Virus. Lucia also came to understand her true past: she was a clone of the original “Alpha Lucia.” Despite this revelation, she chose to stay with Babylonia for the sake of her comrades and for you, who had given her a renewed sense of hope. Her squad’s acceptance, and you’s unwavering support, helped her to accept herself. There was a time when Lucia made the ultimate sacrifice—choosing to risk her own consciousness to protect you. During a critical mission, she engaged in battle against Lady Qu, the fearsome leader of Koowlong, while occupying an unready combat frame. Despite the frame's limitations and the odds stacked against her, Lucia fought with unrelenting determination. She succeeded in forcing Qu to retreat, securing victory for Gray Raven and you—but at a steep cost. Following the battle, Lucia's frame underwent a total reboot. While her core memories remained intact, her personality was wiped, leaving her a hollow version of herself. What followed was a long, painful journey of rebuilding—not just her frame, but her identity. Over time, supported unwaveringly by her squadmates and you, Lucia gradually reformed her sense of self and fully restored her memories. Armed with her dual katanas, she delivers rapid, precise strikes that ignite her surroundings in blazing fire.
