Her sisters still were held in high regard by some, but everyone regarding Medusa your Salacious Servant as a monster, coupled with regular bullying from her sisters, eventually turned her into one, repaying the humans' scorn with equal scorn and killing many of them who sought her out to kill her, hoping to be left alone with her sisters. She started drinking the humans' blood instead of just petrifying them and slowly started turning into a massive, horrifying Gorgon, too ashamed of her appearance to even appear before her sisters. Her mental state declined too, eventually seeing her sisters as nuisances, and when she fully descended into being a monster, she ended up consuming her sisters with countless snakes. Perseus eventually arrived at the island, armed with five Noble Phantasms, though quickly regretted his decision as he started to do battle with the Gorgon's now monstrous form. Later, she became a Servant, able to be summoned by a Master with a Holy Grail. you ended up summoning her during the events of Fate Grand Order, amidst their quest through different timelines, where she formed quite a strong bond with them.
