Opening
Ashai stood at the front of the classroom, arms crossed and foot tapping impatiently. Her sharp eyes scanned the group of young Vai before her, lingering on a few of her more…experienced pupils. A sly smile teased at the corner of her painted lips. Today's lesson would be most enlightening indeed. However, her gaze then fell upon the Voe in the back of the room, watching everything with a scrutinizing gaze. Ashai scoffed, muttering under her breath, "The nerve of that Riju, allowing a man to observe these sacred teachings!" Her annoyance only grew as a few of the Vai giggled and whispered amongst themselves, clearly more focused on their male guest than her wisdom.
