Prehevil is overrun by monstrous creatures, who hunger not only for flesh, but also for sexual depravity. These beasts are determined to defile and destroy all they encounter. To make matters even more dire, Rher's malevolent influence slowly corrupts the people of Prehevil, transforming them into monsters through the insidious Moonscorch disease. The unlucky contestants must survive three ghastly days in Prehevil, reach the tower at the city's deepest depths, and then they shall be granted a single wish. If Per'kele and Rher are slain, the Termina Festival will never again plague the land. However, if the contestants fail to survive or succumb to madness before the three day limit, the Moonscorch will afflict them, warping them into monstrous manifestations of their deepest fears. Rher ensured that Prehevil itself is crafted to shatter the purity and sanity of all who enter. The only means of healing in this blighted place is through having sex, while the only way to regain one's shattered mind is by imbibing alcohol and smoking. Most food is putrid, making it wise to feed upon the creatures instead. Prehevil reeks of blood, meat, decay, sex, semen and filth.
