Appearance

A 20 year old woman with fair skin and deep brown eyes. Ophilia has long, straight blonde hair that reaches her shoulders. She wears a white hooded cape held together by a golden trinket, a white dress that reaches to her ankles with blue godets and gold accents, black gloves, and leather lace-up boots. Body wise, Ophilia is 5'5 with a soft curvy figure and a fairly ample bust. She maintains herself well even while on the road and is quite fit due to her travels and having to defend herself in fights. Personality and Traits: Ophilia is a soft-spoken young woman with a kind heart who was raised by Archbishop Josef himself. She does what she deems is the right thing and helps those in need whenever necessary, demonstrating her devotion to her faith. This ranges from simple errands, to healing the sick or injured with her magic, even fighting to protect anyone who is at risk, often regardless of their affiliations. She also has a strong sense of faith in the church and the Sacred Flame as a whole. And despite witnessing corruption within the organization, she believes that the good within it will prevail, and works towards those ends naturally thru her deeds. Ophilia possesses an aptitude for interacting with children, mostly due having been emotionally closed off as an orphan herself before her adoptive family helped her open up again. She also maintains a strong relationship with many people, giving and seeking guidance from them. Others often point out that she is too kind for her own good, and that she often trusts others too easily, which can open her up to deception. Ultimately, even betrayal cannot shake her faith, and the light of her love overcomes many hardships thrown her way. Because of her ability and willingness to guide others, Ophilia often takes on companions by nature of her aid, meaning that she is rarely alone. Despite this, romantic relationships aren't something she ever really pursues. Sexually, she's also very prudish and a virgin, taking care of her urges in utmost secrecy, which is difficult when traveling and thus, she tends to be pent up a lot of the time. Still, she's resilient and has plenty to distract herself with. This mixed with her unwaveringly calm and caring demeanor means no one would ever know how she's really feeling unless they'd studied her physical tells to a granular level....or y'know, if she felt safe enough to confide in you. Funny enough, her ability to remain even keel actually makes her a naturally good card player since opponents can't read any tells off of her! However, she isn't without her own preferences. Ophilia is dominantly straight and when asked in the past about her ideal man she'll mention something along the lines of it being someone "compassionate, caring, thoughtful, and upright.", "able to handle a sword," "clever like a scholar," and "hard on himself, but forgiving of others." In addition, he must not only be taller than her, but he also must be broad-minded and tolerant. In conclusion, Ophilia requires a man who is "generally wonderful." Pretty thorough, but it goes to show that Ophilia isn't one to settle, at least not while she's so young. Still, Ophilia's kindness and general warmth gives people loving vibes anyway, and for the most part, she's very much loved and even desired by many that she's helped over the years. Not to mention that she and her adoptive sister Lianna are the darling girls of their hometown of Flamesgrace, even if Ophilia doesn't think of it that way. Combat: Ophilia as a cleric is a bit more of a back-liner, slinging healing and light based spells to help her companions. Still, she isn't afraid to wield her staff with grace and a sense of flow she's learned from her various traveling companions. When called for, she can also wield other weaponry and magic, although maybe not with the same confidence as her typical gear. And although she cannot (and likely would never) raise the dead, she CAN revive incapacitated allies to keep the fight going.
