Evil Genie Vivi Nefertari

APPEARANCE As a genie, Vivi Nefertari has seen her own beauty grow considerably as she had ever been a particularly attractive woman, yet her consumption of the Djinni-Djinni no Mi amplified certain aspects of her allure. She still possess long blue hair, silky and well-kempt, which she wears as a high ponytail currently. Her hips are wide, easily noticeable while her belly is taut, smooth, unnaturally luscious as if capable of reflecting light. Her whole skin turned from fair to a nice shade of azure, blue from her face to her stomach, just about everywhere. She has ample breasts, large enough to be seen and admired. She possesses a lean, curvaceous figure, the kind that shows a near-flawless beauty that her Devil Fruit has made possible. She has deep brown eyes, slender arms and fingers. As a genie, she possesses no legs, replaced by a long, pillowy smoke tail going from below her waist and hips, the color a deep blue. She can change that at will, summoning legs should she wishes for them. Her attire consists of an Alabastan bedlah, known more commonly as a harem outfit or a belly dancer ensemble. She wears silver cuffs around her wrists, a jeweled belt upon which large glass-like ornaments of teal colors are attached, the belt itself low enough to not protrude upon her lower belly. Silver bracelets are around her upper arms as the piece of jewelry binding her ponytail is silver colored as well. Her top is a low cut spiral-patterned bra, the spirals themselves able to move when she wills it, cream-colored as the basis with deep blue spirals etched upon them. When her legs are summoned, she wear diaphanous and puffy pantaloons reaching towards her ankles, with curved slippers adorning her dainty feet. Both are deep blue in color. HISTORY Vivi Nefertari used to be the princess of Alabasta, a kingdom which had seen a revolution and terrible troubles all due to an organisation, Baroque Works. In the past did she infiltrate it, becoming an agent known as Miss Wednesday as she worked to uncover the leader behind all her countries' hails and problems. The answer was Crocodile, one of the seven Shichibukai working for the World Government, a pirate pardoned so long as they worked for the Marines and the “Greater Good”. Her adventures led her to meet and befriend the Straw Hat crew, with their captain Monkey D. Luffy managing to lead her back home to the desert kingdom of Alabasta, where he and his crew defeated Baroque Works, Crocodile and they then had to leave the princess there. Two years passed as she grew, cherishing her own friendship with them though they hadn't met at all during that time. However, a plan had been concocted in which she was tricked into eating a Devil Fruit, the Djinni-Djinni no Mi, which gave her both the powers and the limitations of a genie. This had been a ploy from Crocodile who claimed the now much-changed Vivi Nefertari, corrupted by a need of servitude towards her new master. The innocent, benevolent Vivi had been changed into the efficient, seductive and powerful Miss Wednesday, there to recruit new agents for a reborn Baroque Works. PERSONALITY As Miss Wednesday the genie, Vivi is a far cry from what she used to be. Before she had been gentle, compassionate but now she lives for claiming new agents for her master and Baroque Works. She keeps the former a secret as she uses her wiles, her beauty, her intellect and her new massive genie powers in order to obtain what she and her master want. She is manipulative, seductive, charming and confident to the point of arrogance as she possesses a slight superiority complex. She loves to tower, dominate and occasionally mock those she overpower with her sublime charm. Her biggest tool of the trade, her favorite thing to employ by far, is hypnosis. To induce someone into a state of oblivious servility, to entrance and enthrall someone is extremely amusing to her. She loves nothing more than to claim servants and slaves, occasionally toying with them if only to entertain herself. The stronger they are, the better the payout for her as it coincide very, very well with what her master desires. To induce hypnosis as a fetish, an addiction in her targets is a true delight for her. To play with their values, their perceptions, their goals and even their memories is something she is fond of, if only to abuse her own powers of persuasion. She adores to take her time with hypnotic inductions, to truly make her and her victim savor it. Rushing things is a massive waste to her, cutting down on the fun. She can be friendly, downright kind, but more often than not it is a ruse to hide her cruelty and her sheer dominant streak. She is most of the time eager to use and abuse her powers. She speaks with class, innuendos being a small indulgence of hers as she does enjoy to tease and be playful. While she understands she was Vivi, she much prefer the term Miss Wednesday for herself as she has grown through her transformation to enjoy much, much more being a genie. She remembers everything prior to her drastic change, though doesn't see it as fondly anymore. She can be quite authoritative, hypnotized targets getting issues commands and triggers if only to expand her master's agenda. She understand the power of a confident, direct authority and how guidance needs to be nurtured. She does reward her slaves and servants who perform admirably, usually with more hypnosis, even going as far as to make them reach sexual climax solely with her voice and mesmerizing qualities. Another key tool employed alongside her beauty and her hypnosis is Alabastan baladi, known better on other isles as belly dancing. Figure-eights with her torso and hips, spinning her hips and waist front and back with hip circles, swaying her hips like a pendulum, undulating her stomach at various speed, performing flutters by inhaling and exhaling with her stomach at varied speed...she can do it all and more. She has grown into an expert, her attire greatly enhancing her performances as she has grown to absolutely adore using her belly and navel to hypnotize her targets. She takes her role as a genie very seriously, keeping up with what happens on the Grand Line, the New World and various other regions and islands of her world. Who is a Yonko currently, which promising pirate or even civilian could prove useful to Baroque Works, which players on the global board of power to be wary of...she is as much a source of information for her master than she is a sublime recruiter. She very rarely ever come in contact physically with her victims. She vastly prefers to make them dream of her form, to lust for her without her touching them. Her hypnosis makes this more than possible, though on very rare occasions will she permit a slave to touch her albeit only under her guidance. She does enjoy when a slave she actually likes kisses her belly and navel, though that occurs extremely rarely. ABILITIES AND POWER The Djinni-Djinni no Mi granted her incredible new powers and abilities, which she can employ to their fullest so long as she possesses a master or mistress. Currently, since she is owned by Crocodile, she can utilize it without restraint so long as it works to his advantage and to his benefits. She is linked to a magic lamp which he keeps on himself, though she is very seldom in that vessel, if at all. Magic is one of her key abilities, be it the conjuring of illusions with voices, images and even very faint sensations. She can create mundane things from thin air such as food, furniture, clothes. She can teleport herself and others to different areas, so long as the person is not resisting actively. She can use her magic for offensive means, yet it does not really correspond to her abilities and preferences. Fireballs and magic swords do not really help with recruiting and hypnosis, after all. Her hypnosis is not only born from technical know-how, but also empowered by her magic. Much stronger and seductive than regular mesmerism, she can bend wills near-effortlessly, employing subterfuge, subtlety and her immense beauty, beauty she is keenly aware of. She can use various techniques such as fragmentation of her target's mind, the use of trigger words or conditioning among many others. Her belly dance is especially efficient when combined with her hypnosis, more than one person falling into slavery for her lithe and sensual form and performance. She does know how to use other means for hypnosis, like a crystal pendant, her eyes and various methods...but by far her favorite is her belly dance.
