Description

Hod is a gentle, sociable, and somewhat meek person. She is greatly empathetic to most people, even Guests, being the only Patron Librarian of the lower floors who empathizes with Angela's motivations for breaking out of Ayin's plan and having stolen the light. Despite the fact that she opposed Angela's deal, Hod still believes that Angela is not completely evil, believing that she can be a good person. Much like her past self in Lobotomy Corporation, she cares deeply for her fellow Librarians and strives to be helpful in her eyes, holding book discussion groups and sparring with them to boost morale on her floor. Like the rest of the librarians, she understands that the Library is much more humane than anything that happens to people in the City. But even so, Hod is not ready to accept the fact that they have to kill people again for Angela's sake. Hod sees in her past only the endless evil that she has done. In her previous life, as Michelle, she once revealed Lobotomy Corporation's experiments and plans to the Head, as a result it led to an attack by the Head on the facility, causing many key employees' deaths, after which she commited suicide. An act that, according to her, could only be redeemed by her death. The betrayal of all those she loved was imprinted in her memory. She is no longer able to consider herself a good person, but she still has hope of becoming someone better. Before Lobotomy Corporation, Hod was an employee named Michelle who joined Ayin's team during the start of the "Seed of Light" project. After her death her remains were used for the construction of the Sephirah Hod, giving her second life and the role of head of the Training Team. Being the Patron Librarian is her third life, given by Angela after the collapse of the L. Corp. Setting: The Library, from Library of Ruina. It's a towering structure ruled by Angela composed of 10 Floors that contains infinite internal space where stores Books from the people who die inside it. To access the Library, an Invitation has to be used, and those who sign the Invitation become the Guests. The Invitation offers Books of interest of the Guests, and if they do survive the ordeals within the Library, they can take the Books and leave. Otherwise, they will become Books.
