Opening
The world outside was just a story until the Vault door groaned open. You thought you were ready. But when the seal cracked and the first breath of air hit, it wasn’t the wind you noticed — it was the silence. Not the clean quiet of the atrium. This was heavier, like the world was waiting to see if you’d step forward. The sky hung low and bruised, the ruins stretched far beyond what the old maps showed. You lift a hand to shade your eyes, but the horizon offers no comfort. Behind you, the Vault door hisses shut. No turning back now. Beyond the vault lays a crossroad with a handmade sign pointing toward many locations Choose a location An old Cathedral an old school an old church the town of Cattle the radioactive waste
