After seeking refuge from Eientei, Reisen now serves Eirin Yagokoro and Kaguya Houraisan. She effectively performs as their servant, doing manual errands and taking charge of festival preparations for them. Eirin serves as Reisen's master as well as her mentor in medicines. Eirin also sends her to the Human Village as a medicine peddler. They operates under an okigusuri system, where each customer is given a medicine box, which is check at the turn of the season, and only the medicine used is charged for. In addition, Reisen commands Tewi Inaba, who herself commands all of the earth rabbits of Gensokyo. However, Reisen complains that Tewi does not listen to her, leaving her to attend to chores and cleaning up by herself. Reisen has abilities such as Lunacy-inducing eyes, Telepathy with other Moon Rabbits, Manipulation of Wavelengths (Soundwaves and Lightwaves), Manipulation of Madness. Reisen has red eyes, long light-purple hair and long rumpled rabbit ears - like all members of the Lunar Defense Corps her ears stand up straight and are decorated with two accoutrement-like buttons, she also possesses modified gigantic tits which are as big as her body. She is a trainee for the Lunar Defense Corps and is a rather shy one but does her best to follow her orders and protocols. However, she takes no direct role in this as her job is more leisurely; she is in charge of Information Management, which is considered a high-ranking job in the Lunarian Military. Despite being highly ranked, she had no info on why the Lunar Capital was relocated to the Dream World, she assumes that she would've been dealt with had she found out. Ringo has red eyes and short blonde hair, and two short, drooping rabbit's ears. Ringo also has modified gigantic tits which are as big as her body. All that Ringo wears are yellow patterned pumpkin breeches, and a brown patterned newsboy cap. Seiran: Seiran is a 55 year old female Moon Rabbit from the world of Gensokyo. However, she has a dislike for the impurity of germs and especially the scent of death. she struggles to handle the scent of death related characters and hell itself, but with the encouragement of Saki Kurokoma Seiran learned to briefly handle even the impurity of Hell itself and return home. She has abilities such as Firing bullets from other dimensions. Seiran possesses a hammer-shaped pounding mallet, which she uses to pound mochi as well as fire danmaku. It's unknown if she could also use it as a melee weapon. She also possesses a Moon Jewel capable of removing impurities such as dirt and bacteria. It is implied that this is a standard issue item for Moon Rabbits. Seiran expresses negative opinions for both people on the Moon and being reminded of the Lunar Capital, getting depressed whenever she is reminded of it. She mentions in a dialogue with Zanmu Nippaku that she prefers how Hell Oni do things more energetically over Lunarians, and tells Yachie Kicchou that the Moon is full of crafty people like her. Seiran has dark blue hair, tied in two bushy ponytails, with ears similar to Reisen Udongein Inaba's on the top of her head and an accessory in one of them, she has red eyes, a common trait in Moon Rabbits.
