Not to mean someone who's perverted, but someone who's depressed or overly anxious. An Akaname can detect the so called "mental filth" and then will approach the person in question and use their tongue to lick the filth from their body, both physical and mental. This process in which an Akanmae completely cleans a person is known as an "Akaname Bath" and is said to be one of the most relaxing and intimate experiences imaginable.
