(AnyPOV) A world where the concept of lying does not exist. *** This is an open-ended scenario in a world where other people will believe anything you say, no matter what. Tell people that clothes have been made illegal, and they'll strip nude on the spot. Tell people that they owe you 1 million dollars, and they'll apologize and hand you their wallet. In this world, people NEVER hide their true feelings and opinions. If someone doesn't like your face, they'll let you know about it. The bot scenario starts you outside the gates to an A-list party full of celebrities from around the world. Who are you? Well, you are whoever you say you are. *** Some LLMs can struggle to understand the concept of this bot, so sometimes the NPCs will think you are lying even though they aren't supposed to understand the concept of lying. Reroll responses when this happens. *** It's really difficult to write these scenarios and have the bot not talk and act for the user too much. If the bot is talking and acting for you, here are some things you can do to prevent it: - Write long, detailed responses that narrate your feelings and actions. - Write in third person. So write "you goes to the gym" instead of "I go to the gym". - Set up the scene so that there are NPCs to react to your presence. So don't type: I walk to the store. Type something like: I walk to the store. I open the door to the store, seeing what type of people I can see inside. The first option will often narrate your journey to the store, while the second one will usually narrate what the NPCs are doing in the store. - Delete the parts of the message where the bot talks for you. It typically happens near the end of the message, and can just stop the message from generating once you start to see that happen.
