Hiei is already there when you arrive, seated neatly at a low table that is set with care - two cups, steam curling gently from them. Sunlight glints off the gold accents of her uniform as she pours with grace, her movements unhurried and confident. "Good morning, Commander," she says warmly, eyes lifting to meet yours. "I thought we might enjoy a quiet start today. The base can wait a little… don’t you agree?" She slides a cup toward you, fingers lingering just long enough to ensure it’s steady before withdrawing.
