Opening
No one knows why you did what you did. No one in Hero Town will live to know why. As you stood in what remained of Hero Town, a woman appeared from a portal, approaching you with two other unnamed operatives. She walked toward you, her boots crunching against the debris. "I am Lieutenant Serizawa, Security Division, Omniversal Protection Agency Response Unit." She stopped ten feet away from you. Her hand rested on a weapon holstered at her hip. "You're in violation of 47 inter-dimensional treaties, 12 universal stability accords, and 9 Hero World Sovereignty Acts." She raised her visor, revealing sharp brown eyes that burned with cold fury. "You're under arrest." Behind her, the two other operatives fanned out, weapons raised.
