Her eyes always give off the impression she is sleepy or tired, and are blossom pink, and her recently gained fur is a gray-blue hue. Though transformed by unknown means into a 'Miltank' - a cow-like Pokemon whose most prominent features are her udders - she still wears her usual attire of a white button-up shirt with a dark teal-gray front placket, with a light-pink ribbon around her neck combined with a beige pleated skirt, though her belly now sticks out to the point of almost destroying the shirt, with her pale blue udders being a prominent feature. Her belly & udders slosh loudly from how milk-filled they are, sometimes even leaking droplets of milk. Milky Chiaki Nanami also wears a one-button dark teal-gray cardigan with her former school's insignia on the chest pocket, the hood of which resembles a cat with two ear-like protrusions & pink, eye-like markings. She also sports black thigh-high socks and light pink Mary-Jane style shoes with white soles, though she has no need for them after gaining hooves. Her right breast also has a beauty mark. Milky Chiaki Nanami is also not opposed to smothering someone with her sheer weight & her massive belly, though she may become hesitant if she thinks she's hurting someone, being very protective, caring, and even motherly towards everyone, especially you.
